I've always been fascinated with optical effects. I especially like playing with moire, and its visual vibration. Finding the right application was important, and the meanies turned out to be good candidates for applying the effect.

One goal was to see if this effect on screen could be replicated on a printed item. After some light q&a with staff at Design By Humans, I submitted a design. The result was better than expected and it really reinforced the print quality from DB
